INDICES> Diane-35: cyproterone acetate
--------------------------------------
Cyproterone, or the 'Diane pill' is being heavily advertised to young women
in Canada as an acne treatment, and I remember seeing notices a few years ago
(1994 or 1995) about safety concerns with cyproterone and a regulatory
decision in Germany to restrict its use to second line status. I was
wondering if anyone knows the details of this regulatory decision, or of any
other countries which took similar steps to restrict the indications (or
other regulatory action) because of similar safety concerns.
Thanks!
