INDICES> Use of dichloroacetate (DCA)

If anyone has experience of the use of  dichloroacetate (DCA) for
mitochondrial disorders I would be grateful for information on method of
preparation, source of supply and dose. There are numerous papers in the
literature but few details of practical aspects.
