Dear colleagues in the Ukraine,

Please give us some further details - whether you are talking 
about setting up a registration database or whether you are really 
talking about an filing system to store dossiers or copies of 
dossiers during and after handling. It is of some importance to 
know which organisation is supervising or has been supervising 
drug registration in the Ukraine: UNICEF, the World Bank, WHO or 
EU/PHARE. If PHARE you have to approach the local manager in 
Kiev and ask. Perhaps as PHARE manager for Bosnia and 
Romania I can help you.
