INDICES> Penicillin ST

[rerouted from E-drug as this question fits better on INDICES; WB]
Dear all,
I need information on how exactly a penicillin ST is done in your country.
In Sri Lanka we do the ST with Benzyl penicillin 10,000units/ml
intradermally. We do not have the major determinant (PPL), therefore
sensitivity to PPL is not tested. I would appreciate a comprehensive
discussion on the experiences each of you have on this subject and whether
both PPL and BP / minor determinant testing is done. Could you also let me
have the name and address of PPL supplier in your country.
Thanks
