Vitamins prescriptions in the public sector

Dear All,
I would like to as of INDICEs if they can provide me any information
whether vitamin prescription and use is covered by the government in
other countries. For example, in UK vitamins cannot be bought under NHS.  In
Pakistan, the government provides an adequate quantity in the hospitals
because of cases of malnuitrition.
