INDICES> Hepatitis-B vaccine contraindications?

Dear Friends,

I would like to place a query in regard to vaccination of hepatitis-B.
This is as follows:
A nine year old girl is suffering from Tonic-Clonic Seizure for last
four five months and has been under treatment with Carbamazepine  for
last 3 months. From neurological point of view she is doing better. Can
Hepatitis-B Vaccine be administered as a routine immunization schedule.

I would be glad to get a reply at the earliest.
