The the low-cost British National Formulary is avaible.  The September
1998 edition (36th) can be obtained from Teaching Aids at Low Cost.
Unfortunately the edition is outdated and this is by no means an INDICES
recommendation.  However, if you do wish to have a copy contact

Offer available only to developing countries. Cost is Pounds Sterling
5.00 plus 2.75 for surface mail or 3.00 for airmail.
