INDICES: Prophylaxis against pre-eclampsia/eclampsia
----------------------------------------------------
[copied from E-drug to INDICES]
To E-Drug members,
Aspirin 60-100mg/day has been documented as useful in pregnant mothers at
risk of pre-eclampsia, without giving a satisfactory discussion of adverse
events associated with this kind of intervation.
Could someone help and tell us the incidence of prolonged postpartum
bleeding, patent ductus arteriosus and/or Reyes syndrome in the infants
delivered by mothers on low dose ASA.
