INDICES: Identify Nolectin from South America

I would be grateful for some help in identifying a South American drug
obtained from Peru.

It was described to be a little white pill for blood pressure called
NOLECTIN. Unfortunately, I have no futher details as to manufacturer or 
accuracy of the spelling.

What is in NOLECTIN?
What are its indications?
