Dear Mamdouh,

Dose adjustment is needed in cases of increased bilurubin (dose related
incidence rate 30%). Reducing the dose might be helpful (Ref. Handbook
of Clinical Drug Data).

[Leesette Turner is on holiday for a week, and has asked
