Subject: dose adjustment of cyclosporine A??


Dear colleagues;
I was wondering if you could help me with the following case:
A cancer patient with bilirubin level of 3.3 mg/dl and has to recieve
cyclosporine A at a dose of 30 mg/kg.
Is there any kind of dose adjustment required for his case or should we
procceed with the same dose??
