A response from Karen Barnes, University of Cape Town on the Fansidar query:

I don't have anything on file on the combination.

But I have quite a lot suggesting that adults are often underdosed 
with 3 tab stat (one should administer a 25 / 1.25 mg/kg dose) - and 
underdosing is assoc with decreased parasite clearance.  If patient > 
60kg he  could consider 4 tabs.
