INDICES> Nitrates in pyloric hypertrophia

We do not use nitrates at all for this diagnosis. I have never read
about this treatment at all. Of course I'm aware of the
potential role of NO in pyloric hypertrophia. There is also a role of
NO in Hirschsprung disease, but I do not think that NO will help
this
infants.

To my opnion in this situation it is still wise and necessary to ask
the surgeon to do a pyloromyotomy.
