INDICES> sub-acute intestinal pseudo-obstruction

I have a patient who is suffering from recurrent attacks
of sub-acute intestinal pseudo-obstruction since several years and is
now 40yrs old. Recently I heard that "Neostigmine" can be used to
prevent an acute attack of the intestinal pseudo obstruction. I would
like to have more information on the effectiveness of Neostigmine in
such a case. Kindly pass on any information on this or any other drug
which can be used for the treatment and prevention of  Intestinal
pseudo-obstruction.
