As far as I know, there *are* no comparative trials.
Does anyone know differently?  I anticipate an inundation
of requests for this drug with no information about
long-term safety or comparative effectiveness.  While
a targeted prostaglandin synthesis inhibitor does have
advantages--and considering the impact of NSAID-induced
ADRs--how do we now evaluate its rational use?
