INDICES> alcohol injection

Greetings!
We are looking for a reference or protocol describing the use of a 
retrobulbar alcohol injection in blind painful eyes. We seem to think 
that a sterile injection of absolute alcohol mixed with local 
anaesthetic may be the way to go. Can anyone help?
