Dear all,

I have read a paper where povidone iodine eye drops were used for
neonatal ophthalmia instead of tetracycline eye ointment In the study,
the eye drops were made up at the hospital, and were found to be
even better than tetracycline eye ointment (easier to apply, cheaper,
broader spectrum).

Has any one had experience with the formulation and use of povidone
eye drops elsewhere?
