INDICES> rifampin oral suspension

We are currently caring for a palliative care patient
with scleroderma. She can't take oral solid meds, and
today she began (among other things) rifampin.
I prepared a standard suspension of 10 mg/mL which
works out to 60 mL per dose. I'd like to be able
to make a more concentrated prep.
Does anyone have a recipe (with refs, if possible)
for something more concentrated? And length of
stability?
Thanks.

Data.

Good data.
