Dear All

PLEASE COULD SOMEBODY SHED LIGHT ON THE FOLLOWING ?
I am requesting any information on the thrombogenic risk in patients
receiving progesterone only contraceptives (both injectable and
oral). I have performed searches on medline and embase, and found no
conclusive data, yet current product information leaflets state that
progesterone is contra-indicated in patients with DVT and other
thrombogenic disorders.
thank you
