Are you giving this IV? If so, have a look at

for a treatment protocol.

I don't know of a commercial product. The salt is freely
soluble in water, and one could prepare an injectable
aqueous solution by dissolving in sterile water then
double-filtering with a 0.22 micron filter. Trissel's
might have info on whether this stuff is heat labile or
not. If it's not, then you could autoclave it.
