     In areas with multiresistance, we also used cotexin + doxycycline, 
     some people have adverse effects with mefloquine.
     Doxy: 200 mg the first day, 100 mg the 6 other days (except for 
     children and pregnant woman.
     Cotezxine has also been used with Fansidar.
