Sir,
   
This has been a long felt need; especially as several hospitals are now participating in mega drug trials without any formal training or even background knowledge.
   
I have now retired from the University, and will be joining Dr. Mohan at the Madras Diabetes Research Foundation. We were also planning to run several courses in Epidemiology, Leadership, Research Methods and Clinical Trials. 
   
We would be happy to contribute in any way we can.
   
On a personal level also, I would be grateful to work with you, if possible.
