Pharm.D.starting in India (4)
******************************

Dear Praful Seth,

Apart from SIX years course after 10+2 we would also have 3 years Post Baccalaureate Pharm D for those who have completed B Pharm and aspiring to do Pharm D and improve their qualification for practice of pharmacy. They would study the subjects like Pharmacotherapeutics, clinical pharmacy practice, biostat and research methodology, Pharmacoeipdemiology, pharmacoeconomics in the first two years along with hospital postings. In addition, they will do a research project work for 6 months. Year 3 is for
internship. They spend all their time in the hospital. Entry criteria may be as per the respective university/Govt. regulations. However, there is no distant learning programme at this stage.

Praful, hope I have answered your question.
