Promoting clinical pharmacy program in India (1)

My name is Chandra Sekar and I became a member of this group yesterday.  I am a 1974 pharmacy graduate from BITS, Pilani. Since then, I have done 20 years of research, 7 years of hospital pharmacy practice at University of Cincinnati hospital. During that time I became aware of the importance of clinical pharmacy and the role pharmacist can play 
in providing better health care outcome. Currently, I am a faculty member of School of Pharmacy at University of Findlay, OH, USA, I will like to work with interested Universities and Colleges of Pharmacy, as well hospital in developing and or contributing to the development of their clinical pharmacy program.

I will be in India this summer, July- August 2008. I will be spending a week in BITS, Pilani during August 17-24th and rest of the time will be spent in Delhi and Bangalore.  Please email me, if you have suggestion, comments or will like to invite me to visit your organization, during my India trip.
