I second the thoughts on this thread very much. I have actively campaigned with my local drug reps, managers, and senior pharma people who come to meet me and stop writing drugs marketed in this way. I also stop writing drugs marketed by the same company, in different divisions under different trade names, as it only adds to the problems of name recall, and causes tremendous problems to all including our patients. If many more of us can do this, then it will send a serious message to the drug companies.
