Pharmaceutical Policy/Medicines prices in Afghanistan (4)
************************************************************
Dear Colleagues,
Hope you are keeping well, regarding your questions :
You can find the Essential Medicines list for Afghanistan (The file name is EPHS, so go to part 6 for EM List) , which has already been sent to Anita, and she has the attachment, if you do need, so please ask her assistance in this regard. In fact the list was attached to the the email address India-drug, but due to some technical problems, it was bounced back to me.
Regarding the 3rd and last question, the tax on drugs is 2% for registered/licensed importers, while it is 7% on those importers who have no licence and they are doing free and small trade
Should you have any queries do not hesitate to contact me
Best Regards

Dear Dr. Basheer, Thanks for the information. Could you please send the reply to India-Drug, without attachment, just the salient features or the answers to the questions. That will benefit the whole group and other members can also write about their country. Best wishes, Anita Kotwani
