Thanks for your greetings, I think you have started the discussion from the point which I really like, and I had more discussion on this point at WHO HQ, Geneva. 
 
Regarding your questions:
 
We would like to know the situation of essential medicine prices in Kabul? 
 
What is the Pharmaceutical Policy of Afghanistan as far as access to essential medicines is concerned in terms of medicine prices and availability? 

 
The Prices of Essential medicine in Afghanistan, we have the same policy as of WHO because we are the member of WHO, but regretfully to say, that we have no standardized pharmaceuticals to produce essential medicine, our essential medicine and other medicine are coming from foreign countries, but there is price control authority to control the price

The Ministry of Public Health will aim to have quality support services that are equitable, affordable and sustainable, including those for laboratory services, blood safety, referral, pharmaceuticals, equipment and medical supplies. It will establish capacity for the maintenance of facilities, equipment and transport.
