Hello,

I am a research student in Jawaharlal Nehru University, working in the area of pharmaceuticals and health. Currently I am working on drug price control mechanism in India. I require some information for my research and if you have some idea about the issues mentioned below, please send it to me.

1. Is any concession given to the small scale pharma sector while price of drugs are regulated
2. Is there any price control mechanism for AYUSH (Ayurveda, Unani, Sidha and Homeo) medicines as in the case of DPCO/NPPA for allopathic medicines? 
3. Is there any price regulation for medical devices?

I also need the text of 1970 DPCO, 1979 DPCO and 1987 DPCO.
