Dear Sir,

I totally agree that we should definitely look into the use of nimesulide for Neonates and Pediatrics.

Even though the drug may be economical and may reduce fever where Paracetamol is not effective, we should definitely look whether the drug has better benefit /risk ratio. Though the drug may have been banned in majority of countries for use in infants, we should look into side effects in Indian infants and then come to any conclusion.
