(1)What is the use of Methotrexate in Ectopic Pregnancy?

(2)If there is any comparative studies (How much effective) for the following drugs?
a)Ranitidine, Famotidine.
b) Omeprazole, Pantoprazole, Esomoprazole, Rabeprazole.
c)Losartan,Valsartan,Ibresartan,Telmisartan.
d) Captopril, Lisinopril, Ramipril, Fosinopril, Enalapril.

(3)Why evening dose of Dexamethasone is avoided which can cause insomnia.

(4)Why Metformin is discontinued before major surgery?
