It has been observed that some brands do not show efficacy though pharmacologically they may contain same ingredient. Clinically and pharmacologically they can not be equated. The trust certain brand develops is only because of its efficacy. Perhaps this can be the reason. Particularly with Chinese raw material /bulk drugs in market the outcome for patients also differs. This can be experienced from usage of generic drugs and branded ethically promoted drugs in market.
