Dr.Patvardhan,
Thanks for bringing out such a vital issue related to health of millions of Indians.
First let us list out the Hazards & classify them into Highly Dangerous / Dangerous / Less Dangerous Hazards. Then we should take up with concerned regulatory agencies for Highly Dangerous ones & also Educate the masses thru' all types of Media so that Awareness goes up & people start tackling problems at the grassroots level.
