Dear Amit,

All the five risk factors mentioned have a direct bearing in MI or stroke. 
There is enough literature to support this.

On the question whether MI or Stroke, the literature available in open domain seems to be inconclusive and therefore, it is indeed hard to comment conclusively.

Possibly, the clinicians on the e-group will be in a better position to comment
