One Week Training Course In Patient Counseling (7)

Dear Dr. Sampada,

Thank you very much for taking initiative for conducting training for community pharmacists in patient counseling. I feel this initiative has been taken rightly to improve the situation of our community pharmacy and hope that this will improve the clinical outcome.

I have an experience in conducting one-week training course on "Rational Drug Management" for pharmacists working in Govt. hospitals & health centers for two years in West Bengal. And we observed that there is a need of conducting such training programme for working pharmacists to improve the efficiency of a health care facility. It is really difficult to follow up the impact considering huge demand. However some sort of mechanism should be framed for follow up the impact of such training.

Hope such more initiative will reduce the load.
