Dear Lakshmi,

I do have an access to Micromedex as we are official subscribers to it at DIC. Also Google is a search engine anyone would try as first line. It is known to all. What I am looking out for is the compilation (maybe tabulated) of drugs to be avoided together by IV route. Not a tool into which two or more drugs have to be entered to check compatibility. In WHO Model formulary, one of the annexures gives such beautiful list of drugs to be avoided all together due to undesirable interactions. It is in alphabetical order. It does not require any interactive mechanism. It can be printed as model information. 
   
I hope such valuable compilation is available somewhere.
