Dear colleagues,

Related to the court case opposing the Swiss producer Novartis and the Indian government on the Gleevec patent rejection but, more important than this, on the Section 3d of the Indian law (non patentability of a new form or new usage of a known substance). We all know that if Novartis succeeds in this court case, this could have a critical impact on future generic production and access to drugs?

I am wondering if there is any mobilization from the pharmaceutical society in India?
