[india-drug] Demise of Dr. R. A. Mashelkar's mother

As someone close to Dr. R. A. Mashelkar,  I thought I would let you all
know  that his mother passed away on 17th November (midnight) at Pune.

As you know, she played a very critical role in his life by bringing him 
up against all the odds that a poor widowed mother would face.

Dr. Mashelkar has often openly acknowledged that whatever he is today is 
because of his mother.

I thought I should keep you informed about her demise.
