wastage of medicines:

Dear Prof. Dhawan,

Thank you so much for your kind response. Sir, my query was, how much (Rs.
in %) of the drugs out of the total budget on drugs can be accepted *if it
gets expired* due to some or other reasons. Say for example, 1%, 2% or
more....of the drugs(Rs. in %) out of the total  drug budget.
