Dear all,

  Yes certainly separate rules and regulations should be formulated for the sale of drugs through grocery shops. For instance, many different kinds of cough sypups  are available and the consumer needs to know what he/she should buy for his/her type of cough, as in for dry and wet coughs. Simple instructions in local languages will greatly facilitate the purchase of such drugs.
