Dear Anuradha and Dr. Mithra,
   
  My intention was not to brush away the issue of greed, butu to see if we can do the "doable" first. Most people won't succumb to greed at the COST OF THEIR PATIENT'S WELFARE - if they know what to do. So instead of chasing after an illusion, let us DO something. The best way to show that a line is short is to draw a longer one.
