Dear Mr. Pranav,

Further to your enquiry on the use of Vit B6 and INH, I am pleased to provide the required information.  This information is extracted from "Drug Information Handbook", published by M/s Lexi-com Inc., USA.

For INH induced peripheral neuritis, the recommended dose of pyridoxine in children is:

Treatment: 10-50 mg/day
Prophylaxis: 1-2mg/kg/day

For adults
Treatment: 100-200 mg/day
Prophylaxis: 25-100 mg/day
