In the states, the last recommendation, as I recall, was 50mg (for B6), but you can use 100mg without problem.

Hello,

What dose of Pyridoxine (B6) should be prescribed with INH to prevent
peripheral neuritis? Is there any predefined regimen/protocol for both
prophylaxis and treatment of INH induced peripheral neuritis?
