I am Associate Professor of Pharmacology at a private medical College at Ludhiana, Punjab-Dayanand Medical College & Hospital. I am interested in setting up DIC. Kindly let me know what infrastructural requirements are there and what manpower (qualifiaction & numbers ) are required and to what extent this WHO seed grant can help.
