Dear Manjiri,

Thank you for your response regarding the issues raised by me. But we have to impress upon the authority to include all these component in the proposed Pharmaceutical Policy. Until it is included in the national Policy it is not expected that the stake holders will implement the same voluntarily.
Courts dealing with only disposal of cases regarding  offenders (e.g. Spurious, substandard and counterfeit drug Manufacturers & dealers) is necessary for early settlement, otherwise many crucial cases loose their importance over time.
