Dear All,

The initiative of Mrs Lakshmi of Karnataka State Pharmacy Council's DIC's Director is laudable in establishing DIC in other states. 
The policy makers and opinion makers to take note that National Human Rights Commission's recommendation for establishing DIC in every big hospital is pending with the central government. Though usually the NHRC's recommendation is statutory in nature, no initiative has been taken either by government or professional associations.

It is time the people and groups who are interested on RUD, DIS should try to impress upon the authorities on this issue.
