Dear Dr Mandal,

Certainly many of us will agree upon all the ponts raised by you. There is surely need for more research on orphan diseases. Also,there has to be more focussed research on infectious & other diseases which are major health problems in Indian subcontinet.

Please let us know more details of proposed designated court for drug cases.
