  I fully endorse the view of Prof. Mittal. I think it is important to have therapeutic lectures for fresh MBBS passouts, before they enter the world of medical practice. This will update them on the intricacies of rational prescribing and drug usage. 

A series of such CME programmes could be organized to facilitate this.
