I completely agree with Dr. Suneeta Mittal.  Some kind of CME type of functional mechanism which is sustainable is the need of the hour and would be essential on at least once in two years basis if not on yearly basis , to regularly update the most needy target group i.e. MBBS doctors without any post -graduate degree.
