Drug Information Centres (4)
***********
Dear Pranav,
This is indeed useful information (Maharashtra State Pharmacy Council (MSPC).
Though I would like to add that for responding to queries, it is best to
depend on standard textbooks, Martindale and Pubmed (particularly for case
reports and latest development). We had a demonstration of Micromedex for
our DIC some months back. Just to test its usefulness, we raised a few
queries which unfortunately it could not answer adequately.
In my view investing in above mentioned sources is a more cost-effective way
(we have DIC at PGI as an example) than investing in expensive softwares.
