Dear Prof. Ranjit Roy Chaudhury,

Good to hear from you after a long period of time. Your message as usual is 
quite motivating. It's a long dream to ensure that nobody needs to go 
without medicines or pay unnecessarily for an equally effective drug. 
Although, you have successfully put into practice this dream in the National 
Capital Territory (Delhi). For other states of India, it is important if the 
government takes responsibility in promoting essential health research and 
development and creating a needs driven agenda for essential medicine 
concept, which is also a human right driven concept. Sir, you have to show 
once again the leadership, now in entire India, in creating this essential 
drugs concept.
